Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of KollabKey (the "Service"), provided by KollabKey LLC ("KollabKey", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by KollabKey LLC and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KollabKey. Brand accounts must represent a legitimate business or marketing team.

Brand accounts

• You may only invite creators you have a working or prospective commercial relationship with.
• You agree to use creator-attributed content and metrics solely for internal marketing analysis and creator-rehire decisions.
• You will not redistribute creator content publicly outside the platform without separate creator permission.

Creator accounts

• You must connect an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account that you own or are authorized to manage.
• By connecting Instagram, you authorize KollabKey to read your Instagram media and insights using the permissions you grant at OAuth time.
• You can disconnect Instagram at any time from your creator dashboard, and request full data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of the Service.
• No attempt to access another brand or creator's data.
• No use that violates Meta Platform Terms or Instagram Platform Policy.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious use, including uploading malware or probing the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission.

Intellectual property

KollabKey LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with your active subscription plan and these Terms.

Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan and interval you select. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until canceled. You can view current plans and prices on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics of your purchase. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and for all fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the amount owed is settled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund except as described in the Refund Policy.

Instagram data

KollabKey's use of information received from the Instagram Graph API adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell Instagram data, do not use it for advertising targeting, and do not transfer it to data brokers.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Instagram syncs depend on Meta's APIs and may be delayed or interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KollabKey LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of Meta Platform Policy or applicable law.
